Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and MythPets (“MythPets”, “we”, “us”) for your use of our website and your purchases from it. By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the site, you agree to them.

They work together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Nothing on this site is an official Roblox or Adopt Me service, and neither company is responsible for anything we do.

To buy from us you must either:

• be at least 18 years old, or
• be at least 13 and have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchase you make.

You must also be allowed to use Roblox under Roblox’s own terms, and you must not use MythPets where doing so is against the law that applies to you.

You can register with an email and password or sign in with Google. You agree to give accurate information, to keep your sign-in details private, and that you are responsible for activity on your account.

Tell us straight away at mythpetsofficials@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, as described in Suspension and termination.

MythPets sells virtual items for the Roblox experience Adopt Me (pets, pet wear and similar items), delivered to you by an in-game trade.

• Virtual items exist only inside the game. You receive the item in your Roblox account; you do not acquire ownership of any intellectual property, and the item has no cash value outside the game.
• Product images are illustrative. The item you receive is the item named in your order.
• Stock is limited. An item is only reserved for you once you complete checkout.

Prices are shown in US dollars. When you check out, we calculate the total on our side from the current price, never from anything sent by your browser, and reserve the stock for your order.

We may refuse or cancel an order where a price was clearly listed in error, an item turns out to be unavailable, or we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these terms. If you have already paid for an order we cancel, you will be refunded under our Refund Policy.

We accept cryptocurrency only: USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) and Litecoin (LTC). At checkout you are shown an exact amount, in the currency you chose, and a payment address.

The quoted amount

• The amount is locked for 30 minutes. After that the quote expires and the order is cancelled.
• Each order’s amount is unique, down to its final digits. That is how we recognise your payment, so send the exact amount shown.
• You pay any network fees. Exchanges often deduct their withdrawal fee from the amount sent, which leaves the payment short; we recommend paying from a personal wallet.

Confirmation

After sending, you submit your transaction ID. A member of our team then checks that the exact amount has arrived in our wallet and approves your order, normally within 1-2 hours. A transaction ID on its own is not proof of payment, and an order is only confirmed once we have approved it.

Delivery is a live trade inside Adopt Me. Once your payment is confirmed, a member of our team will arrange the trade with the Roblox username you gave at checkout.

• Your Roblox username must be exact. We deliver to the username on the order; an item traded to a misspelled username cannot be recovered.
• You need to be available in-game and accept the trade. We aim to deliver within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• An order counts as delivered when the trade completes in-game.
• If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts over 14 days, your order is handled under our Refund Policy.

We will also never ask you to send items first, or to move a trade off the normal Adopt Me trade window. If something feels wrong, stop and email mythpetsofficials@gmail.com before continuing.

• Submit someone else's transaction, or a transaction that does not belong to your order.
• Provide false information, or use a payment method or account you are not authorised to use.
• Attempt to interfere with the site, bypass its security or rate limits, or access data that is not yours.
• Scrape, copy or automate the site without our written permission.
• Harass, threaten or deceive our staff or other customers.

Adopt Me and Roblox are run by other companies, and some things are outside our control. By buying from us, you accept that:

• Game updates can change an item's appearance, abilities, rarity or trade value at any time.
• Roblox or Uplift Games may reset, remove or roll back items, or take action against accounts, including for trading, under their own rules.
• The in-game value of an item can go down as well as up. We sell items for use in the game, not as an investment.

Once an item has been delivered, we are not responsible for what these companies do to it or to your account afterwards.

When and how refunds are given is set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The MythPets name, logo, site design and original text belong to us. You may not reuse them without permission. Third-party names and images remain the property of their owners.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we exclude warranties that are not stated in these terms.

To the extent the law allows, MythPets is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of in-game progress, items or value caused by third parties, or losses from sending funds on the wrong network.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may suspend or close an account, or refuse service, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, or to protect our customers or the site. You can stop using MythPets at any time, and can ask us to delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy. Paid orders that are still open when an account is closed will be delivered or refunded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Before taking any formal step, please contact us, as nearly every problem is resolved faster by a direct conversation.

We may update these terms as the business changes. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest revision. If a change materially affects you, we will say so on the site or by email. Orders are always governed by the terms in place when they were placed.
